Jellybean.

April 14, 2005: New artwork! A portrait of Cleo, who was Jennifer's cat when we were in high school.

April 10, 2005: The site was down earlier this week because of a virus. I think everything is working again now, except the forum, which I will try to fix as time permits. Update April 11, 2005: the forums are working again, and I didn't have to do a thing!

April 1, 2005: new recipe—Nicky's tacos. A quick vegan meal conceived by my young son.

March 28, 2005: new discussion forum! Now people can respond to my articles without me having to post my email address publicly.

March 27, 2005: new essay, Killing Terri Schiavo, about why this disabled woman should not be starved to death. Update March 31, 2005: Terri Schiavo died this morning. Her husband would not even allow her parents to be present for her last moments. Details at the CBC site.

March 25, 2005: Added vegan recipe section. Only two recipes so far, but they're delish—chocolate cake and scones. Sorry there haven't been more substantial updates; my landlords want to sell the house, so I've been getting my apartment ready for showing. Update March 27, 2005: Added photo of scones.

March 16, 2005: Jennifer has designed a lovely T-shirt. Vote for it at Threadless.com (registration required) and help her win $500! (Update March 18: voting is now over.)

Unicorns are Hornier: T-shirt design by Jennifer.

March 14, 2005: New essay! Blaming Mother: CTV.ca reaches a new nadir of mother-blaming in its coverage of Alnoor Amarsi's attempted murder of his daughter Inara.

March 11, 2005: As you'll see when you start clicking links, I've succumbed to temptation and got Google Ads put on most of the pages on this site. In case you don't know, the exact ads which appear are chosen not by me but by the software at Google, which will result in sometimes inappropriate ads appearing (for example, my article criticizing so-called fathers' rights groups seems to attract ads for these same groups.). So don't bother emailing me about this (since there's nothing I can do), just enjoy the humour of the situation. (If you think that I shouldn't have ads at all, just don't click on them. If no one clicks on them, I'll get rid of them.)

March 10, 2005: How much is that fishie in the window? A look at the expense and work involved in looking after bettas and goldfish. Also, a new page with links on companion animal issues.

March 9, 2005: Everything is new! New to RosemaryAmey.ca at least—the opinion pieces originally appeared on RosemaryAmey.com, until I accidentally let my domain name expire and had it snatched up by the sleazebags at CredoNIC.com, who've converted it into a porn site and are asking for $500 to purchase the domain name from them.

Kensington #1. Beautiful Geisha. Annafairy.
