Vegan "buttercream" frosting

Here's a vegan chocolate cake with vegan "buttercream frosting". I made only a half recipe of frosting because I was running out of icing sugar. A full recipe would be enough to cover this Bundt cake properly, or a layer cake.

1 cup vegan margarine
4 cups icing sugar
1/2 tsp flavouring (I used peppermint extract, but you could use vanilla or whatever)
food colouring (optional)

Mix everything up. Adjust consistency of frosting if necessary by adding tiny amounts of vegan soydrink or more icing sugar.
